A NEW RELEASE

We are pleased to announce a new release of the Healing Rosary which we first produced in our recording studio several years ago. This new recording has been produced by a professional company in Albuquerque with a new sleeve designed by Ezra Hubbard, Oblate. The CD opens with the Angelus being sounded and the Monks of Christ in the Desert chanting in the background.

The Angelus is prayed and then the mysteries of the Rosary recited by Bro. John, OSB with short meditations. It concludes with the prayer to St. Michael. The whole of the recording was made beside the river Pecos with the gentle sound of rippling water and birds singing in the background.

The Lord has given us a healing ministry here at Pecos. Many retreatants tell us they have been healed by coming to the Abbey, either physically or spiritually. Frequently we receive letters telling us of healing's obtained here. Inner healing's also take place. Often healing of memories or healing the inner child of the past takes place. Healing of hurt or damaged emotions is sometimes needed. Often those factors are revealed during spiritual direction, which will lead into healing ministry. These things need to be removed in order for us to come closer to God.
